I watched the Moab 240 movie and followed up with this Podcast. Jesse has hit the nail on the head. You couldn't script a better finish to the run/race. This was a great listen, you can really feel the tension of the race building through the exchange of experiences. I've only been running 18 months and my best distance is 100km and I was thinking I'm done at that but now feeling inspired to push further. 🏃🏞️💪

LOVED this film and thanks for introducing me to the Julian Alps! I'd heard of them for years, but had allowed the western European Alps to over shadow them, my mistake! @JeffPelletier if you run one of your group run/hikes, sign me up! :-D Also, did you see any rock climbers during your traverse? Though much of the rock looked friable, I would think that like the Dolomites, there would still be some solid walls and thus climbing ;-)

Hi Jeff, fantastical work. During some of the scenes I saw you have a very detailed planning chart, I think that would be extremely helpful if you can share the template and factors you'd take into consideration while planning. Thank you so much for the inspirations!

Amazing filmwork, content. Before the climbing I was like "be nice to run there", the journey to the 1st hut changed that, I'll vicariously enjoy it through you guys.

I can imagine that the locals started this as a joke to see how many foreigners they could torture and bring tourists to the island

Hello Jeff, I have done some challenging things in my life so far like rock climbing up to grade 30, surfing large waves with sharks circling underneath, being chased out of the ocean while spear fishing by a 12 foot long shark, walking into the Simpson desert solo with my dingo cross ridgeback dog and going through CML ( chronic myeloid leukaemia ) and surviving, but mate you are one of the toughest people I have ever had the privilege to watch and to see you just keep getting better and better as you faced your challenge. A MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to you and to all of those amazing runners who competed and incredible people that helped make that race possible. Absolutely fantastic videography. I've run a lot in Slovenia (including the trails in your video) and have struggled with the water issue too. There really is no water up high at all. I find Gaia is quite reliable for marking water sources in general. I have a memory of being so dehydrated and desperate running back into Bovec off the top of Rombon - there's a water fountain in the village that I think I pretty much dived into.

Jeff and Audree, I had hernia surgery six days ago and have been at home recuperating, mostly in bed, over the past three days - watching your beautiful videos. Your lean, no fuss, storytelling is so engaging and encouraging, your adventures so inspiring, I’m sure they are speeding my recovery, helping me get back to running and hiking in a few weeks
